With Simon, a Latvian friend, I attended an unusual camp with the theme of youth outreach during the communist period. Animations portrayed young people aged between 14 and 25 years old, in scenarios where communism had imposed several constraints as the freedom of expression, possessions or career lives.

 
Only twenty years after the collapse of the Soviet bloc, young people finally started to feel a sense of melancholy, in comparison to what they have access to today!
 
Young people were left convinced that this era of “democracy” is better than the previous one, especially when it comes to renouncing their acquired property!

Moments

- While the official capital of Estonia is Tallinn, the country is unique because it has more than one recognized capital. In fact, it has several capitals that change throughout the year. Tartu is established as the “cultural capital of Estonia”, while Parnu is known as the “summer capital”.
